Kristen Enblom, LPCC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor. Kristen currently provides outpatient therapy to children and adolescents; she also provides family and couples counseling. Her interests include helping youth with social skills, behavior management, and emotional regulation. Kristen also specializes in utilizing Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) with adolescents and adults in both an individual and group setting.

Kristen completed her undergraduate degree at Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota and received her Master's degree in Counseling at the University of Great Falls in Montana. Kristen has worked in outpatient, school, crisis, and inpatient mental health settings.

Andrea Walker, MSW, LICSW, is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) practicing at Assessment and Therapy Associates of Grand Forks in collaboration with Play Therapy Zone. She currently provides individual and family therapy to children, adolescents and adults. Her specialties include trauma work utilizing Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral (TF-CBT) and Eye Movement Desentization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapies. Andrea also provides Sand Tray Therapy for adults and adolescents, providing a unique and relaxed approach in working on intense personal issues. She has significant experience with Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), both in group and individual settings with a focus on teaching healthy coping skills, emotion regulation, distress tolerance and interpersonal effectiveness. Andrea also specializes in directive and non-directive play therapy techniques for children and enjoys developing creative interventions tailored to meet individual needs, utilizing child centered and experiential play therapies. Andrea is interested in and experienced with a variety of challenge areas including anxiety, depression, trauma, self-harm behaviors, anger management, ADHD, behavior management, attachment issues, and personality disorders.

Andrea completed her undergraduate degree at Boise State University in Boise, ID and her Master’s degree at Portland State University, Portland, OR. She moved to North Dakota in 2009 with her family and enjoys spending time with family, gardening, decorating and repurposing items. She offers supervision to professionals seeking licensure, internships, and certifications.

Jeff Williams is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) practicing at Assessment and Therapy Associates of Grand Forks. He currently provides individual therapy for children and adolescents. His interests include helping youth with emotion regulation, social skills, and distress tolerance skills. He specializes in interpersonal therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy. He also uses a combination of solution focused, narrative, and existential approaches as well as trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy. He has experience with facilitating dialectical behavior therapy and animal assisted psychotherapy with horses. He grew up in rural North Dakota and completed his undergraduate degree and Master's degree in Social Work at the University of North Dakota. Kristy Cavalli,Kristy Cavalli, MSW, LICSW is credentialed as a Registered Play Therapist-Supervisor and specializes in child-centered, filial, Adlerian, sandplay, trauma-informed, and theraplay play therapies. Kristy currently provides outpatient child and family therapy and has previously worked in hospital, in-home and school settings. Kristy is particularly interested in working with preschoolers and elementary-aged children and their families. Kristy has training and experience in helping children cope playfully with and explore new responses to a variety of challenges including anxiety, depression, medical conditions, anger management, ADHD, and attachment issues. Kristy also works creatively with children and their caregivers who have experienced trauma, grief and loss, family change, educational stressors, and out-of-home placement.

Kristy co-founded the Play Therapy Zone in 2006, merging with Assessment and Therapy Associates in June 2016. Kristy offers supervision to professionals seeking play therapy training, including therapists newer to play therapy at Assessment & Therapy Associates. Kristy has taught play therapy at the University of North Dakota School of Social Work and in a variety of professional workshops. Kristy is an Association for Play Therapy-approved provider of play therapy education and is in the process of co-founding the North Dakota Association for Play Therapy. She is a mother of three and enjoys traveling, photography, scrapbooking, garage sales, hiking and gardening. Kristy has a graduate degree in social work. She earned both her graduate and undergraduate degrees from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
